In less than 50 words describe your music, your band (if applicable) and yourself.
Wicked Empire are an all-original rock band from Adelaide, South Australia that deliver a variety of music styles from hard hitting rock to soaring melodic anthems. Wicked Empire believe that ultimately it is all about people having a great time enjoying local home-grown music
I grew up listening to the classic rock of the late 60’s, 70’s and 80’s and still believe it was the best time of rock music. I guess it was all new and fresh but also as someone who records music, I appreciate that it was all real. No cut n paste and auto tune back then… What we hear is the real deal.

Roger Daltry once said “Rock N Roll has no future”. Do you agree with him?
I hate to admit it but as I’ve become older and still playing in a band, I feel my generation is the last of the band lovers. The music scene is just not the same as it was. The venues have changed and along the way we lost our incredibly unique Aussie pub rock identity. When I lived and played in London in the mid 90’s I was very aware of how special Oz rock is because I never saw it anywhere else that I travelled too. It was a unique moment in time and we have all the great music from those bands to prove it. ACDC, Angels, Rose Tattoo etc
