From the director of Resident Evil, Paul W.S Anderson, comes the new video game movie, Monster Hunter. Monster Hunter has been a popular video game franchise for Capcorn since 2014
Behind this world we live in lies another world where dangerous and powerful monsters rule their domain with ferocious power.
The film commences with an unexpected sandstorm where Captain Artens (played by Milla Jovovich), and her group of soldiers enter this sadly deadly world.
Just as we are getting the know the troup of army officials fighting loyally for Artens, they are strangely gone before you know it. What was the point of their inclusion?
As we see Captain Artens fight the good fight alone against these evil monsters, she comes across a mysterious hunter played by Tony Sal. And this is where the film goes into a strange world where we see the captain gazing often at her wedding ring, cringe worthy and silly conversation, and a plot that never becomes clear, making this sandy alternative world feel like one confusing haze.
Monster Hunter is released New Year’s Day.
Film Duration – 1 hour 47 minutes
