UNIFIED SIGN EDWIN WHITE FOR
WORLDWIDE MANAGEMENT UNIFIED are proud to announce they have signed Edwin White for worldwide artist management. The Melbourne-based songwriter/producer, who is best known for his co-production work on platinum selling album Dream Your Life Away by Vance Joy, will be managed under the guidance of Jaddan and Rachael Comerford and Toni Saunders (the team behind the global success of Vance Joy who recently added Amy Shark to the roster). “I am pumped to be working with Unified,” says White. “I have been working closely with them over the past three years through my relationship with VJ and have experienced their honesty and hard work firsthand. It was a very natural progression to formalise our relationship and I look forward to what the future holds.” Jaddan Comerford, Founder and CEO of UNIFIED says: “It’s an honour to announce Edwin as part of our writer / producer management roster alongside Luke Boredom (Violent Soho) and Mike Waters. Through our work with Vance Joy, he has become a great friend and I am grateful for the fact that we can now work together in this capacity.” Edwin White is an Australian record producer and multi-instrumentalist renown for his work with Vance Joy. In addition to his role as Vance Joy’s Musical Director and performing drums for the live band, White has co-produced several songs from Dream Your Life Away including “Riptide”, “From Afar” and provided additional production on the complete album. White produced the full song “Best That I Can” from Dream Your Life Away, and has since produced the final track “Deleted” off Amy Sharks forthcoming EP Night Thinker, alongside a variety of other independent Melbourne based artists. Edwin White has inked deals with Warner Chappel Publishing Worldwide, and WAU / Mushroom for Australia & NZ. This and his first notable achievement as a songwriter on The Mowgli’s track “Bad Thing”, sets the start of White branching into songwriting. The track was released in late 2016, and was the first single from their album Where’d Your Weekend Go? In 2016, White built his own studio ‘notbadyou studios’ in Melbourne. Located in Essendon, it is a fully functioning recording studio. For further details on the studio: edwinwhitemusic.com/st |
