The Wombats Add Special Guests Cloud Control & Eves Karydas to Selected Shows

The Wombats are getting ready to head back Down Under for a string of shows across the country inNovember and have invited Cloud Control and Eves Karydas along for the ride.
 
Beloved Sydney three-piece, Cloud Control, will warm up crowds for selected shows in Perth andBrisbane. Cloud Control’s AMP-winning, ARIA-nominated debut album, Bliss Release, catapulted the band onto the world stage in 2010. After recording and releasing their second album, Dream Cave, from a new home in the UK, Cloud Control have returned to Aussie shores. The trio will bring their latest self-produced album, Zone, to life on stage including fan favourites ‘Panopticon’ and ‘Rainbow City’.
 
Joining the Liverpudlians’ for each stop on their Aussie adventure is Cairns-born indie pop star, Eves Karydas. Following the September release of her debut album, summerskin, Eves Karydas will get the party started with break out singles ‘Further Than The Planes Fly’, ‘Couch’, and fresh hit ‘Damn Loyal’.
 
The Wombats hot lap around Australia is jam-packed. Alongside performances at colossal venues inPerth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane they will also take over stages at Canberra’s Split Milk andGrapevine Gathering in NSW and VIC.

Their latest album, Beautiful People of Ruin Your Life, has added a medley of new hits ‘Bee-sting’ and‘Lemon To A Knife Fight’ to an already crowd pumping set list featuring  ‘Let’s Dance To Joy Division’and ‘Moving To New York’.
