Gov shows Rescheduled

By Tony Polese · On June 29, 2021

On short notice the legends NOASIS have jumped in to fill a spot on The Gov’s stage on Friday 2 July. These guys never cease to impress, bringing the best of Brit-pop legends Oasis to the stage. There’s plenty of singing along! Get into it.

There’s plenty to laugh about when Comedy Masters are in the venue at The Gov. This time, a line up of great comedians will perform a masterclass of giggles on Wednesday 7 July.

If you love great rock, country blues and more, be at The Gov on Saturday 21 August when Open Fire launch ‘The Album’, with support from The Flyers and The Chairmen.

Expect a night of alt pop and glam rock when Open Fire launch their new EP and join forces with The Effends and Diamond Skies at The Gov on Friday 27 August.

The Southern River Band are an absolute force on stage and are one of those groups that you will want to catch in an intimate setting now, as they are guaranteed to take off! They’ll be playing at The Gov on Friday 16 July.
Polish Club are powerful and fantastic to catch live on stage. We’re stoked they’re bringing new music to The Gov on Friday 3 September, with support from Press Club.

DZ Deathrays know how to get the venue absolutely jumping and are back with a whole lot of new music on Saturday 11 September.
Rose Tattoo dish up tried and true Aussie rock courtesy of a tight band and powerful front man Angry Anderson. Catch them at The Gov on Friday 8 October.

The Red Skull absolutely blow us away every time they bring a show to The Gov, and we’re ready to rock when they perform the music of Faith No More, Metallica and Guns N Roses on Saturday 9 October.

Every year, the Dia de los Muertos Halloween Fiesta brings Latino grooves to The Gov, and the 16th annual edition is heading our way on Saturday October 30. Get dressed up and ready to move!

They’ve done the 80s, they’ve pitted 80s vs 90s, and NOW the Never Ending 80s band are bringing us a 90s vs 00s edition of their undeniably fun shows on Friday 3 and Saturday 4 December.
