Silver brewing Co had their VIP launch to special guests and Eventalaide was there to witness it.
The new space on Gouger street showcases the brewing companies array of fine craft beers and delicate food. The Brown Ale was a personal favourite as the rich flavours of chocolate really made the ale taste like a dessert beer.
The restaurant space is wide open and there is a room that would be perfect for a cocktail dinner or a sit down event.
This venue would be a fantastic starter to a night out especially if you are seeing a show at the newly developed Her Majestys theatre, the meals are reasonably priced for an up market venue. Its what Gouger street needs at this time.
