RUN TO PARADISE HOTEL

By Tony Polese · On December 14, 2017

Following a three-million-dollar renovation, The Paradise Hotel is ready to show-off its new look and feel, just in time for the festive season. Inspired by the ‘Isle of Capri’ situated along Italy’s breath-taking coastline, the new Paradise Hotel is considered to be a suburban paradise.
The highly-anticipated re-opening will allow locals to experience a revamped, modernised menu, extensive outdoor and indoor dining spaces, as well as two entertainment theatre rooms for children of varying ages.

Owner, Greg Maitland, says, “With all the work that has gone in to upgrading the Hotel over the past three months, we now have something to suit everyone… We consider The Paradise Hotel the perfect destination for any celebration this summer, whether you’re enjoying a few drinks with friends or enjoying a family gathering.

“The kids will be kept occupied in our custom-built theatre rooms while the adults can sit back and relax in our brand-new restaurant or outdoor areas,” says Greg Maitland.
The refurbishment features a collection of custom designed and eco-friendly materials to create a distinctly relaxed and welcoming ambiance. The sustainable feature ceramic tiles are handmade and contrast brilliantly with the dressed timber and raw pine beams.
Together, the newly appointed Head Chef, Matthew De-Cean, and Executive Chef, Chris Wotton, have formulated a vibrant new menu to compliment the Hotel’s renovation. The mouth-watering menu caters for all ages and dietary requirements, with multiple gluten free, vegetarian and share options available.

Matthew De-Cean says, “The new menu features a variety of modern dishes, but we haven’t forgotten about the good old fashion pub favourites that everyone enjoys. We’re a great suburban hotel with great food offerings.”

“The rotisserie chicken and seafood platter for two are expected to be the new crowd favourite dishes as well as the slow roasted scotch fillet, which is my personal favourite,” says Matthew De-Cean.

Located on Lower North East Road, Paradise Hotel is now open seven days a week from 8:30am-late. Experience high quality food and service, in a fresh and new family friendly environment, kick-starting your summer and enjoy Paradise!
