Review: Zefyr Café

By Tony Polese · On September 17, 2019

Zefyr Café is the newest Unley joint to take your brunch date and post photos of your food that will make all your friends jealous!

Located at 27 King William Road, Unley 5061, it’s just a quick drive out of the CBD.

They are having a relaunch on 5th October with a new menu too, and I was lucky enough to try some of their new dishes, and wow…I’m extremely impressed!

Chef Wayne has gone to great effort and perseverance to provide only the very best ingredients and provide some of the best presented and best tasting dishes at any Adelaide café I’ve been to!

Providing ‘5 star quality’ food at a very affordable price, you cannot go wrong with their Smashed avocado with poached egg on sourdough or their rhubarb and fermented tomatoes, or if you’re feeling more hungry, their Mega breakfast!

I absolutely recommend you also try their Pina colada chia pudding with their specially made exploding raspberries! A taste explosion in your mouth!

With a space big enough to host functions and parties, get your coffee or cocktail and an amazing bite to eat! And they don’t charge extra for alternative coffee milks! I’m sure this café will further gain popularity in the upcoming months with social media influencers and food bloggers for their incredible food!

I’m going to go as far to say that it’s not just food, but edible art! Check out their social media pages for photos of their new dishes.

I’m giving Zefyr café an 8/10, only because currently I think their décor could be improved with a happy, friendly boost of colour and a more inviting and modern interior design which could be better utilised to give it that edge as it seems a bit bland, otherwise their food is truly faultless and needs to be seen and tasted to be believed.

Make your way there next month after their relaunch and I hope you will be impressed like how I was too.
