I will start this review off by saying that this is the best Greek restaurant in Adelaide I have been to… and what makes me say this!?
Well it’s the service, the quality of the food and the passion that is presented on the plate that comes through the kitchen, through the heart and soul of chef, Alex Pericleous.
With every dish hand made by Alex, right down to the condiments, you know you are getting the very best quality on every plate.
Made with love, Agapi Greek Cuisine provides a fresh, modern twist to traditional Greek cooking. With every dish made to perfection, I personally guarantee you will not regret dining here.
Like most typical Greek restaurants, their tzatziki isn’t overpowered with garlic, their octopus isn’t overly chewy, and their lamb isn’t dry on the inside, but oh so tender, it literally falls off the bone, and with a crispy skin too!
With haloumi that will make you start drooling at the table and fine wine, this is the perfect place to take your loved one or a group of friends. With contemporary food, modern décor and prompt service, you will be coming back and telling your friends!
With mostly reasonably priced dishes and vegetarian options as well, Agapi Greek Cuisine caters to ‘foodies’ who have a love for fresh, homestyle European cuisine with a little twist.
Chef Alex also likes to come and have a chat with the customers and make sure you’re completely happy with your meal, which is something that doesn’t happen in most restaurants today.
Come give them a visit at 3/160 King William Road, Hyde Park! And it may get busy on weekends, so be sure to make a booking!
