Indian food can be wonderfully complex in its making and the essence of an Indian cuisine is the incredible use of numerous spices and herbs at various stages of cooking.
Cognizant of the richness of spices available in India, The Logical Indian prides itself in obtaining the best spices sourced specially from India to strike the sweet spot of food lover’s delight.
And contrary to common belief, a quality Indian food may be loaded with spices but not ‘hot’. We take care to ensure our food is enjoyed by foodies of all ethnicity.
Situated on Level 1 of the Rundle Mall Plaza, The Logical Indian is ideally situated for that quick or lazy lunch, or just for a fresh Filter Kaapi. “Filter Kaapi” is almost a ritual for an Indian from the South. No morning is complete without one. The coffee is brewed in a traditional filter to a thick aromatic decoction. This is then added to frothy freshly boiled milk. Slurping through the froth completes your “Filter Kaapi” experience.
Enjoy the flavours of Tandoor, a spicy (or non-spicy) curry or any of the other items on the menu. You won’t be disappointed.
Friday ‘Nites” is South Indian night from 4.30 – 8.30pm with $5 beers and House wines.
The Logical Indian is also available for catering, Events, Corporate Platters and delivery is available.
