On wednesday night we had a culinary experience from Farina 00 Pasta & Wine bar.
The ambiance and mood of the restaurant was as traditional as you would find in any restaurant in Italy.
We got to meet the owner/chef Lewis Marro, the pizzaiolo “pizza maker Dominic direct from Sicily ” and the wonderful staff that this restaurant provides.
Even though they have an array of freshly home-made pasta and traditional Italian mains, what sets them apart from other wood oven pizza bars, that provide traditional Sicilian pizzas is the centre of the pizza was firm and delicious as well as the crusty edges that is expected in an Italian pizza.
Their pizza oven is a Marana wood/gas direct from Verona. Which makes the consistency of the pizzas absolutely amazing. The service was second to none which is always a comforting thing. We highly recommend going to visit Lewis and the team at Farina 00 – 128 King William road Goodwood.
