Bai Long Store Review

By Tony Polese · On January 24, 2018

Words by Pat Bibbo

The first Impression I got was how inviting, crisp and white the decor was when entering this new Vietnamese restaurant.

I would not call this only a restaurant, but an overall experience.

The fittings were based on ying and yang (black/white), and the different signs told a story.

They have merchandise which you can purchase to take home as a souvenir of this amazing restaurant.

Not only was the decor impressive but the food was also too.  The food looked like a work of art when presented and tasted delicious.  We had brekfast there and enjoyed every morsel.

I noticed many people enjoying breakfast there as well.  The tea ceremony we were served was beautifully served to us and tasted smooth and divine.  I recommend the cold pressed juices as well.

Each signage in the restaurant tell a story and everything is ying and gang to give balance.

They also have a self service area for grabbing food on the way to work.  A great idea for someone who needs something delicious on the run.  The bar area looks inviting and the kitchen is large.

Please do yourself a favour and visit this delightful new restaurant, not only is the food fantastic but the service is too.
