Adults are also invited to relax with a game of Briscola or Jenga and are encouraged to taste a traditionally roasted Italian Espresso in Brasilia Piazza. La Casa Del Formaggio returns with Mozzarella Stretching Workshops presented by Vince Salandra and TAFE’s Gina Dal Santo. Two fascinating sessions each day – NOT TO BE MISSED!
