Fitness fanatics and professional athletes will experience enhanced performance and stability as Ryderwear launches new variations of their élite D-Mak lifting shoe.
Introducing two fresh styles, the ‘Urban’ D-Mak, available internationally from 7th July, followed by the ‘Cali’ D-Mak later this month.
CEO of Ryderwear and long-time bodybuilder, David Lukic, says, “It was my vision to create the best possible shoe for lifting functionality and of course, style… D-Maks are designed to suit your lifestyle in the gym and beyond.
The unisex shoes have carefully considered features, such as a flat sole with latex heel cushioning to assist gym-goers with their lifting technique.
David Lukic says, “Whether you’re a beginner still finding your feet in the gym or a professional lifter, D-Maks are renowned for being the best lifting shoe in the game…
“Designed to offer upright support and comfort, the shoe allows athletes to be as close to the ground as possible. This results in an overall better performance thanks to the firm grip and solid foundation keeping you steady,” says David Lukic.
Each shoe design has been inspired by something different whilst staying true to their roots of being a fully functional lifting shoe.
“Walking through the streets of Port Adelaide, I was inspired by the tough grit of the surrounding buildings and opted for natural earthy tones for the Urban to compliment this vibe.
“The Urban D-Mak is wrapped in high quality suede leather and built with padded ankle support to ensure optimal results with every lift,” says David Lukic.
Launching at the end of July, the Cali D-Mak is a refreshed take on Ryderwear’s signature D-Mak that dons a trendy innovative style and new details.
“The Cali shoe boasts early 90’s and California’s beach vibes through the colour combination of red, navy and white. We’ve added the elastic strap and embossed leather tongue, as well as utilising a combination of other fabrics to add texture and depth.
“We have essentially taken our strong weightlifting shoes, kept the function but added a fresh new style to it,” says David Lukic.
The Urban shoes will be available for purchase from the 7th of July, with the Cali shoes set to launch at the end of the month. Prices range from $99.95 through to $149.95 and are available at www.ryderwear.com.au.
