ALLIANCE FRANÇAISE FRENCH FILM FESTIVAL     From 5 March 2019

Palace Films releases screening within this year’s festival include: Pierre Salvadori’s The Trouble With You (Opening Night), Who You Think I Am (starring Juliette Binoche), A Faithful Man (directed by Louis Garrel and starring Lily-Rose Depp), Sorry Angel (from director Christophe Honoré), Family Photo (starring Vanessa Paradis), Claire Darling (starring Catherine Deneuve and Chiara Mastroianni), and I Feel Good(starring Jean Dujardin).

Fabienne (Catherine Deneuve) is a star of French cinema. She reigns amongst men who love and admire her. When she publishes her memoirs, her daughter Lumir (Juliette Binoche) returns from New York to Paris with her husband (Ethan Hawke) and young child. The reunion between mother and daughter will quickly turn to confrontation: truths will be told, accounts settled, loves and resentments confessed. For his first feature set outside Japan, Kore-eda unites French screen legends Deneuve and Binoche in a powerful and emotional story of family conflicts.

OF LOVE AND LIES
