Frankie Foxstone – A.K.A the Profit Tour
If you’ve ever been been trapped into a timeshare presentation, or a wildly cliched motivational speaker session, you’ve met the essence of Frankie Foxstone. Power suited and jewelleried, she’s here to put Adelaide on the map via a landmark development in the east end.
Raised in the shadow of the skyscrapers of her father’s development empire, Frankie has a massive chip on her shoulder and desperate desire to outbuild both his construction projects and fame. But she’s not greedy (much). She wants to turn you into a blank slate – share her vision and success with you – and fill your mind with lofty ideas and outlandish plans. Frankie’s passion for profit will have your head spinning and your wallet open. If you were a building, what would you be? How many stories? How many whiskey bars? Would you have a customisable muesli train? A casino? A casino that’s also a fountain? The sky is the literal limit.
There are two kinds of fringe goers – ones that want to be entertained, and one that want to be entertained whilst being part of the chaos and Frankie Foxstone is that kind of show. Be prepared to walk, laugh, and be the focus of public attention. Frankie is a brilliant way to break up all the Fringe sitting, and receive a much needed reality check about how unflattering high vis vests really are on everyone.
