By Eventalaide · On February 8, 2017

WOMADELAIDE WORKSHOPS

The WOMADelaide Workshops program is here and it is packed full of exciting hands-on opportunities to learn and interact with the facinating talents and cultures of our visiting WOMADelaide artists!

Discover the Turkish electric baglama, the electric oud and the darbuka drum withBaBa ZuLa, learn the traditional Sahrawi percussion patterns of the Western Sahara with Aziza Brahim, and get the chance to interact with some of Australia’s leading choreographers in a dance workshop led by Dancenorth, Lucy Guerin Inc. & Senyawa.

We also have some special new additions to our wildly popular Morning Yogasessions. Joining our partnership with lululemon this year are local studios Cosmic Yoga and Power Living Australia, plus Grammy-nominated Toni Childs – now also a yoga teacher – will be leading a special extended yoga workshop on Sunday 12 March!
