TOUR ANNOUNCEMENT: DUA LIPA – Brings The Self-Titled Tour To Australia

By Tony Polese · On December 13, 2017

THE SELF-TITLED TOUR

Already announced as special guest on the 24k Magic World Tour 2018with BRUNO MARS, award winning, honey-voiced singer, DUA LIPA, is set to bring The Self-Titled Tourto Australia this November, hitting up Sydney and Melbourne.

Tickets are on sale now.

My Live Nation members can secure tickets first during the exclusive pre-sale beginning at 10am Monday, October 30.

For complete tour and ticketing details including VIP Experiences visit, livenation.com.au.

Just shy of one billion Spotify streams, her singles have rapidly established her as a rising star – “Be the One” reached the Top Ten in a dozen European territories, “Hotter Than Hell” hit the Top Twenty in the UK, and “Blow Your Mind (Mwah)” climbed into Billboard’s Top 25 in the US. All of this, mind you, before putting out her first album.

With the release of her album Dua Lipa in June, its sixth single “New Rules”, became Lipa’s first number one in the UK.  In doing so, it also became the first song in almost two years by a female solo artist to reach number 1 in the UK, since “Hello” by Adele in 2015. The track is now a bona fide global smash and has just surpassed double platinum sales here in Australia.

The album has revealed the full range of her ambitions – not just the dance-floor fire of her singles, but also her introspective side. “I’ve been describing it as ‘dark pop’ because people have only heard the pop moments, but there are some really dark, singer-songwriter parts that I’m excited about,” she says.

At Glastonbury 2017, Dua pulled one of the biggest crowds of the event – performing to 150,000 festival goers, proving her popularity and dangerously exciting on stage presence.

In Australia to support Bruno Mars on his 24K Magic World Tour, this is your opportunity to see Dua Lipa in a more intimate setting this March.
