RETURNS WITH NEW SINGLE A DARK MACHINE FEAT. REIJA LEE

ANNOUNCES NATIONAL HEADLINE TOUR

Australian electronic music producer & DJ Karl Thomas, AKA ShockOne returns with the new single A Dark Machine feat. Reija Lee, which is now streamed on his official SoundCloud channel. The track premiered on triple J last Thursday and has received spins on BBC Radio 1 by resident DJ Metrik, giving fans the first taste of new music from ShockOne since the release of his In This Light EP last year. In This Light’s lead single City Lock premiered on triple j’s goodnights followed by a national tour announce which saw ShockOne hit major cities across Australia in April/May 2016.

Along with the release of his latest single, ShockOne has also announced details of his A Dark Machine national headline tour which will kick off in October, with special guests Reija Lee, HWLS & Godlands. Tickets are onsale now via www.shockone.com.au with full tour dates listed below.

Since the release of his debut The ShockOne EP in 2009, ShockOne filled airwaves with the chart-topping single Polygon, receiving major airplay support from Australia’s triple j radio & BBC Radio 1’s Annie Mac naming it ‘the biggest drum & bass tune out’. Further radio support followed for 2012 single Chaos Theory, receiving high rotation airplay on triple j & a feature on BBC 1Xtra which led to an extensive tour including 2 sell-out headline Australian tours, a string of sold out European shows and headline sets at major festivals including Creamfields, Big Day Out, Stereosonic & Origin NYE.

ShockOne solidified his reputation as Australia’s premier bass producer after the release of his critically acclaimed album Universus in 2013, debuting at #1 on the Australian iTunes chart and ARIA Chart.
