2025 Adelaide Fringe Review – The 60 Four : Living in the 70’s.

By Tony Polese · On March 3, 2025

This is a fabulous feel good show that will have you singing, dancing and smiling from start to finish. I felt privileged to watch this amazing tribute band to a sold out crowd at The Peacock on Saturday the 1st of March.

Led by vocalist and musical director Ben Francis, Lachlan Williams, Jack Conroy and Finnegan Green. Backed by a spectacular live band. Inspired by their Scotch College music teacher Michael Griffiths who is an acclaimed cabaret performer also performing in this year’s Fringe. The boys encouraged us all to go and see his shows. The set was 60 minutes of absolute joy.

Their energy and enthusiasm was electric, incorporating swaying dance moves, a huge vocal range and chilling melodies. I loved every song but my favourite was ABBA’s classic Take a Chance on Me. I didn’t want it to end. It ended with rapturous cries of more of which the boys obliged.

A 5 star show.

Their season at The Fringe has ended but they will be playing at : The Shedley Theatre Elizabeth 8th & 9th of March. Woodville Town Hall 15th & 16th of March. Northern Festival Centre Port Pirie 9th of May. Middleback Arts Centre Wyhalla 10th May
