Some of the finest cognacs ever produced will headline a stellar selection of fine aperitifs and digestifs when Cerbaco Distribution’s Sales and Marketing Manager Mikael Gillard presents a master class at Georges on Waymouth next month.
“We’re delighted to have someone of Mikael’s standing and Cerbaco’s reputation host this notable event in our private dining room on the evening of Thursday May 12,” owner of the award-winning Georges on Waymouth, George Kasimatis, said.
“Mikael is recognised for his expert knowledge and brilliant style in sharing the intricacies of some of the finest spirits with discerning customers and his master class will further entrench our standing as Adelaide’s finest European restaurant.”
Georges on Waymouth has won the Restaurant and Catering SA Awards for Excellence’s ‘Best European Restaurant’ for five of the last six years, while Cerbaco is the exclusive importer and distributor of Cognac, Armagnac, Calvados and other fine aperitifs, digestifs and liqueurs.
The master class will feature tastings of Pineau Blanc Francois Voyer, Cognac Paul Giraud VSOP, Cognac Jean Filloux 1992, Armagnac Delord 1985, Armagnac Comte de Lamaestre 1979, Calvados VG 2000, and Rum Chairman Reserve St Lucia.
