Creamistry review

By Tony Polese · On August 17, 2019

Do you like the sound of meaty burgers, Indian inspired chicken wings and fresh salads?

How about watching artisan ice cream being house-made right in front of you with liquid nitrogen!?

If these things have peaked your interest then come on down to Creamistry Café & Dessert Bar, located just down the road from Thebarton Theatre at 127 Henley Beach Rd, Adelaide.

It is the side project of the amazing Indian restaurant, Spice Shot 2.0!

For one of the best brunch/lunch experiences in Adelaide, Creamistry know how to put a smile on your dial.

With so many brunch spots opening up around Adelaide, this one is one of the best!

In a modern yet hip styled café, bring your partner and grab a coffee and some of the most well-presented and delicious ‘Instagramable’ food, such as their #FOODPORN Burger, Cauliflower & Quinoa Fritters, among dishes like the funnily named, “I’m not hungry”, as well as their churros, fairy floss topped waffles and all the poached eggs, avocado and feta a millennial could ask for!

Taking much inspiration from their Indian heritage full of exotic spices, their house-made sauces and relishes will keep you wanting more! One of my favourites was their special secret sauce, which tasted similar to a plum barbeque and sweet chilli sauce!

With alternative options too like their Jumbo Vegan Pancake, friendly service and reasonably priced, delicious food, Creamistry Café & Dessert Bar gets a 9/10.
