It’s a wine dinner with a winner – will it be Sidewood or France?? (Our money’s on the local hero of course!)
As part of the Adelaide Hills’ Winter Reds weekend, Sidewood Estate will stage a wine dinner with a difference at Maximilian’s Restaurant on Saturday 30 July at 7pm. Bookings made on online at http://maximilians.com.au/reservation or by phone on 08 8388 7777
A specially designed five course menu designed by Maximilian’s Head Chef, Jamie Laing featuring magnificent South Australian produce will be paired at each course with Sidewood Wine blind tasted with a French of the same or similar variety. Host for the evening will be Sidewood’s Winemaker, Darryl Catlin.
