National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant
Mini Film Competition
This year for the first time, the National Pharmacies Christmas pageant is giving children the opportunity to win ‘A World Full of Wonder’ experience by entering the 2019 Mini Film Competition.
The National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant is calling on the creativity of children aged 6 – 12 years old to add to the Pageant World of Wonder by taking part in the very first Christmas-inspired Mini Film Competition. The competition encourages children and their classmates to think beyond their wildest imagination and create, design and film a short movie for the pageant.
The Mini Film Competition is open to both individuals and school classes. To enter, create a short film between 1 to 2 minutes, featuring the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant.
Event Director, National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant Brian Gilbertson said, “You can do just about anything you can think of. Kids have such incredible imaginations, and by tapping into their grand ideas, and the digital media outlets it means we can connect and share our pageant story with the next generation of pageant goers.”
The winning film will feature on the National Pharmacies Christmas Pageant website and Facebook page. The winner will also receive a cash prize of $500, an awesome prize pack, get to go on a behind the scenes tour of Stardust Castle with your class, spend time in the editing suite at Channel 9, AND you will have a special reserved space to watch the Pageant.
Mr Gilbertson added, “it’s fantastic that our broadcast partner Channel 9 is able to share in the experience of passionate pageant fans and/or budding film makers, by allowing the children access into the Channel 9 studios and seeing what goes on behind the scenes. I think that this experience especially, will be the icing on the cake for a lot of kids!”
So, let your imaginations run wild and design this year’s best mini film so you can be in the running for some great prizes.
