Moonlight Cinema – Knives Out

By Tony Polese · On January 8, 2020

On Saturday night,  Eventalaide witnessed the movie Knives out at the picturesque Moonlight Cinema.

It is a murder mystery surrounding the death of 85 year old patriarch who family had gathered that night for his birthday party.

It is comedic as well as full of suspense.  Daniel Craig is exceptional as the detective who works out the missing hole in the donut, as he puts it.

The family are very selfish and have enjoyed the lavish lifestyle their father/ grandfather has provided all these years.  Will that change, only time will tell.

I recommend this movie with a brilliant cast.  The storyline was told well and had us questing until the end  on who did it.  Daniel Craig plays the detective role amazingly well.

The moonlight cinema is one of our favourite venues and it is even better with a great movie.  The staff are amazing, so friendly and welcoming.

I give this movie 8/10 as some scenes seem to drag a bit but overall it was fun.
