British India at The Gov Review

By Tony Polese · On July 8, 2018

Grimy, grungey and raw
British India’s Midnight Homie tour is better than ever, playing all their classics and new songs too, you’ll find yourself dancing, jumping and make sure you use extra deodorant because you’re going to get very sweaty too!
Attracting a whole range of people from teens to parents, they talked and engaged with the crowd and made sure everyone was having a good time!
The Australian indie rock music scene continues to get bigger and better andith massive singalong songs such as Suddenly, My Love and I Thought We Knew Each Other, it’s an amazing feeling watching everyone around you headbanging and crowd surfing and getting full into the spirit of the music!
Wonderwall by Oasis managed to be played twice during the night as a big crowd sing along, with a member of the crowd with a even coming up on stage with a mullet wig to sing and took over The Gov! Many a laugh to be had.
So wear your warmest flannel, grab yourself a cold beer and go see British India if you get the chance!
