Gelatissimo are excited to announce their newest offering, Cold Brew with Oat Milk – not only is it vegan, but it is a flavour that’s sure to satisfy your coffee and gelato cravings by combining the best oat milk and cold brew in every scoop.
“With milk alternatives enjoying a massive rise in popularity, oat milk is the latest vegan friendly milk to take the world by storm and we’ve used it to create our latest flavour sensation,” says Gelatissimo CEO, Filipe Barbosa.
Prepared by steeping coffee beans in water for up to 24 hours to create a coffee concentrate, cold brew produces a smooth and delicious coffee that contains far less acidity than hot brewed coffee. With no bitter aftertaste and a much sweeter flavour, it is an incredible addition to the gelato.
What’s more, the gelato uses oat milk specifically designed to be paired with coffee, and when blended with our vegan gelato recipe produces a really creamy flavour.
