National Reconciliation Week

By Tony Polese · On May 27, 2020

Adelaide Fringe acknowledges the traditional custodians of the land and pays
respect to elders past, present and emerging. Adelaide Fringe acknowledges
their ongoing spiritual and cultural connection to Country.

Today marks the first day of National Reconciliation Week, which will run from 27 May – 3 June 2020. Reconciliation is a journey for all Australians – as individuals, families, communities, organisations and as a Nation.

Adelaide Fringe is committed to this journey and is always looking to
increase Aboriginal participation in the Fringe. We are in the final stages of
our Reconciliation Action Plan, and we are thankful to Reconciliation SA
for their help and guidance in creating this RAP.

For 2020, the National Reconciliation Week theme is ‘In this together’,
check out their website for more ways to be involved.
